I sent a record back as it had a big feel-able scratch that clicked for the best part of a track, and I felt like it wasn't as graded. So I sent back and got a full refund, but this is what the seller said in his defense -

"OK WE UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM NOW..NEWER NEEDLES AND A PLAYER WITH WEIGHTS...WE USE THREE DIFFERENT PLAYERS ALL HAVE FAIRLY AGED NEEDLES AND NONE HAVE WEIGHTS AS WE HAVE FOUND THERE ARE MANY RECORDS MADE IN THE 50'S AND 60'S THAT PLAY POORLY ON THE NEWER EQUIPMENT, WE HAVE SEVERAL OF THE NEWER PLAYERS THAT WE HARDLY WILL USE..WE DON'T KNOW WHY BUT WE DO KNOW THAT THE PROBLEM DOES EXIST...SOME OF THE RECORDS FROM THE 50'S - 60'S WILL WORK AT TIMES BUT THERE ARE A FEW THAT WON'T"

Basically- sent a few bits of old guitar to Germany, international signed for- the tracking number says 'Delivered', the recipient says he hasn't got them.

What am I supposed to do now? Royal Mail have said to get him to enquire with Deutsche post, but srsly...what's the point in paying for tracking if that sort of thing's gonna happen?
